Dear Calvary Baptist School Families,
We are excited to announce that Calvary Baptist School has merged with Celebration Church, effective in 2025. This is an excellent opportunity for both the congregation of Slidell and Calvary Baptist School. As you may know, Celebration Church has a ministry of Crescent City Christian School, and this merger creates a perfect alignment with the Calvary school system. I am pleased to introduce you to Ricky Rigsby, the superintendent of our Celebration Church Education System, which now includes Calvary Baptist School.
Calvary Baptist School's mission is to raise Christian leaders who will impact the world with the truth of the message of Jesus Christ. As a ministry of Celebration Church, we are committed to teaching biblical principles and a Christian worldview, offering a high-quality education for students from Pre-K 3 through 8th grade. We are also excited to offer enrichment elements, including art, music, foreign language, and sports.
This merger with Celebration Church will enhance Calvary Baptist School's ability to meet the needs of the Slidell community and partner with Christian parents in raising children in the fear and admonition of the Lord.
